- Spitfire - 21-Aug-2005 Thanks for the photo noel. I`d hoped to attend but couldn`t make it. Enclosed is a photo of a crane sent to me by a friend in America. The operator was positioning an air contitioning unit - but over-reached!!!! They are now wondering how they can remove it from the roof of three blocks of offices. ![]() Noel, Is it OK you use your photo please? I`m sure that my fellow, truck building, forum members in the states would be more than interested to see the Mack in a British setting. - Spycam - 21-Aug-2005 Stunning photo Noel !! - noel - 21-Aug-2005 No problem Jim. I got a side shot as well, plus one or two others but every time I took a shot somebody walked across . Grrrrrrr.

- noel - 14-Jun-2007 The exhibition's on again this Sunday between 10am and 5pm. And of course free with free parking for skinflints like me. - shuffy - 15-Jun-2007 going back to the bus route the Sumpter Horse was no 23 and the gas works stop was known as Bee lane. My Gran & Granddads house and builders yard where in between the two stops. - Caroline - 25-Jun-2007 And wasn't No 28 the Bridge Inn? I would be good to do a photographic journey of the route...top or bottom deck?/ - shuffy - 25-Jun-2007 yes I think it was - Caroline - 27-Jun-2007 And still is I think, unless they changed it to the Firkin and Bridge or something equally as naff! - noel - 15-Jul-2008 20th July there is an ERF and Foden vehicles exhibition. Any info on this Jim would be appreciated. |
