David, his younger brother was in my year and a good friend in school. I remember his garden had hundreds of miniature trees in neat rows. I never knew what they were but clearly he had a very keen interest in horticulture at a very early age. John, his elder brother I knew to nod to, mainly because of my friendship with David . They both had a shock of blond hair and very similar features. I guess John would be 2 or 3 years ahead of me which would make him 62 ish as John said.
