Sadly with the clamp down on fishing quotas by the EU the price of a fish and chip supper has got a bit pricey now, chips cost anything up to a £1 but if you get them from the one next to Brindles you get enough in one portion to feed an army of starving Ethiopians.
Fish locally are about £1.80.though I paid a lot more than that in Scotland 4 years ago!!!
