I think his name was Tom, it would be way back in the mid fifties. I think he had scruffy blond hair and usually a long scruffy coat on
though I was only 9 or 10 at the time. I also rememeber Bidwell's fish van coming round. If we weren't in he would wrap some fish up in newspaper and stick it through the letter box.
We had a cat at the time!!!
