Well done Frank, you remember more than I, was'nt 'The Triangle' after your No 28?
William, I too used to catch the 109 from Bent Bridge, if you remember, it was a toss up as to which came first, the Fishwicks 'Euxton Lane' which drove down Bent Lane, and cut out the middle of Leyland, or the Ribble 109. They stopped at different sides of Bent Bridge and if one waited at the wrong side it was a sprint to get to the other. Bent Bridge was a notorious place for accidents because there was no footpath.
