retrieving e mails

Just changed service provider from NTL to Sky and am unable to retrieve my emails from NTL (now Virgin Media). Any idea how I might be able to retrieve them?

Are you still subscribed to NTL? If not and you had an NTL email address I would think that you would lose it.

A box will come up asking if yoy want NTL, Blueyonder or Virgin.
When executed you will be asked for your user name and password.

I've tried that, but it still wasn't retrieving them. They're pretty quick off the mark. Im pretty sure I can still get my old freeserve ones. (not that I want them because there was a lot of spam mail in with them).
