Frank is dead according to Ron w, that's what I meant when I said it explains a lot (ie why he isn't replying to your notes.) Very sorry to hear that bit of bad news.

Noel and Ron does either one of you know when this happened and how, he was still very young, its upsetting to hear, he was my first big love when I was 18, would you know if Olive or his older brother are still around and if you could pass on my regards to them. I just cant believe it, he did like his pint and a smoke but I remember him as young and energetic.
