Agnes Turner does ring a bell! Maybe it was Coppull, but can't get Leyland out of my mind. Thanks William.

Sorry Bernard...think the surname Cuthbertson may have been his daughter's married surname. By the way, re St.Mary's school - do you have a brother Frank ? If so, he should remember my lifelong best friend Hazel Morley - just spoke to her on the phone, mentioned the Forum, and she's mentioned lots of names (you and Frank included) from her schooldays.(Tony Goodier, Philip Donnelly, etc).

Hi Bernard,
Hazel lives in Silverdale now, but is coming to see me next weekend, we've been friends for 55 yrs!! I think Frank was in same class as Hazel. Tony Goodier married a girl that Hazel and I worked with at BTR. Small world.

Hi Ron,
I knew Philip over 40 yrs.ago, small group of us used to meet at Tiger then go on to Coffee Bar...happy days. We were just half a dozen pals out for the evening - if we bumped into each other we might go on to somewhere else, nothing planned, but its still nice to know he's alive and kicking.
