Just wondering if anyone out there is still affilliated with EFC. I spent many happy years playing for them back in the 70's before emigrating to the USA and would love to know how they are faring. I know they finally got a decent pitch to play on.... something we never managed with any regularity!!

Not sure if EFC is the same club as Euxton Villa, but if it is they are still going strong and you are quite correct in saying that they have a very decent pitch to play on.
My grandson plays for Ribble Wanderers under 14's and I have seen them play on the Euxton Villa pitch on a number of occassions. |
