Jordan, nine, launches safety club

A NINE year old Leyland boy has launched a personal crusade to improve road safety among youngsters.

Enterprising Jordan Hatch, of Pintail Close, has started his own bid to ensure other children in his neighbourhood stay safe on the roads.
He was inspired to start the drive after meeting police officers at a local community safety roadshow.

Also this week a young boy was knocked off his bike round the corner from us, thankfully he is OK, but the speed some drivers go round this estate you'd think they were at Brands Hatch, good luck to Jordan.

Where did you see this article? I wouldn't mind sending him my support, And my son would like to start something similar with his mates round here as they have no where to play properly except the street and some of the neighbours get fed up of the noise and dont like balls getting kicked about.
