I am sure this gives more control to whom the booze is sold to also,
more control on sales to those under age.
I think this could be a good idea but I am sure there would definitely be a revolution,I am sure the Tesco's of this world would protest loudly at the loss of revenue.

David, young people have to produce evidence or age (driving license or certificate),before they can purchase booze in the LCBO.

Logical I would say, likewise with Tobacco products which are sold in the usual outlets, but if an underage person does aquire tobacco there are stiff fines imposed upon the retailer !

As for a revolution, conditions have proven that the system presently used has lots of faults, so why not look around at what alternatives are on offer ? Of course the selling out shops and cheap liquor dives would object, but surely society isn't there just for their benefit , or is it ?
