Does anyone out there know if i can transfer my memoir files written on Microsoft works to Microsoft word. i have nearly finished this epic and now want to put photos in using word wrap which only word has!!.. would appreciate any advise or any other ways to get photos into my script easily. Hope it works for you, Sandy. I'm no expert - just put your question into Google - but as the answer comes from Microsoft, it should work.

Microsoft have taken a lot of flak about "Works". It was deliberately designed as a cheapie to have NO compatibility with their major (money-maker) systems.
Cynical and manipulative - maybe the deisgn team are some of the recent casualties of a corporate image upgrade?

That link worked and i am so thrilled, ta for that Linda. It was very easy but I had been warned that the crossover couldn't be done. So onto the finish of my project. Got to get it done before i pop my clogs so to speak !!!! ha sandy

Glad to hear that, Sandy. I guess the Microsofties got the message! We don't habe many "Works users left in our circle of friends, but the feature is useful to know about. Does anyone know if there's a similar converter for the "Works" version of "Excel"?
