That's good, I miss shopping at Foodgiant, sad but true. It was a cheap and cheerful place that didn't take itself at all seriously.

Tescos looing good,the post ofice has moved over to the cross round the corner from the pub.The chemist will be next i expect.not sure where thats going every one has different idears

I had a quick drive around the Tescos building site today, before setting off back to Somerset. It's certainly Leylands largest supermarket. I heard they are having a 24 hour petrol station across the road nera the baths.

Tins of food have started appearing on the shelves at Tesco. I am going to take some more photos Martin and send them to you if that's OK as it looks a lot more like a store now.I'll trim the size by taking low quality shots to speed up the transfer. Official opening is next week sometime.

My Mum and Dad can now see a bit of Tesco's over their high garden wall, they're wondering what will happen to local businesses, tho' I expect they'll use it, as they're decrepit and live round the corner..
