Fabulous food put on as usual at Wellington Park. The one sad bit there were far fewer people than last year, about half as many I would say, one room was completely empty. Where were they all?

I heard a rumour last night that Wellington Park was entering Receivership. It is probably just a rumour but it's clearly doing the rounds. Can anyone confirm?

If this is indeed untrue, it needs nipping in the bud, as it certainly isn't going to boost trade leading up to the festive period. Just who starts these 'rumours', and why?

These rumours persist and I notice Neilwa715's reply to my post appears to have been deleted, which seems odd. He did say that bookings for Christmas and New Year were healthy so hopefully if there is a problem it can be resolved.
